Cat guarding
It am nice and warm here in Houston these past few days and I've been watching for birdies in through the back window in the kitchen. And I'm also looking out for intruders. I've had quite a few: The Upstairs Neighbor's Cat (Tuxedo). The Next Door Neighbor's Cats (2 meezers!) and the Way Back Neighbor's Cat (Orange Stripey). They all like to stroll through my yard like it's their own. reow!

At least those things are not in your house!
Looks like you have a great yard to watch. I only see cars and people out my windows. You let them know who's boss Ms. Mia!
I'm sorry to have to tell you Princess Mia, but we Meezers do own efurrything. It's part of our plan for total world domination. - Miles and Sammy
Wow, you have lots of intruders. We only have that bird-eating, gettin' busy in the middle of the night grey cat who thinks he owns my yard.
You tell em, Ms. Mia. I like to growl at kitties who have the audacity to stroll through my yard, too. Mom says I sound like a dog, which I don't appreciate. But hey, whatever works, right?

If I am outside I chase away the Evil Intruder Kitties who try to come into my garden. But if I am inside (most of the time) I just have to suffer watching them strolling round MY garden. Also the other day a big fox came and played in our garden and eyeballed me through the patio window, I was outraged!
What the...?! What makes them think they can just stroll through your territory without asking permission?
Good thing there is a screen separating them from what can only be described as a severe whisker-whooping!
Let them know who's boss, girl!
DK - I know what you mean.
Mattingly - I let them know who's the boss, but they don't listen!
Meezers - I thought tuxedo poodins owned everything!
WM - that's a bad grey cat. I have a grey cat too, but he or she am way feral and doesn't stick around for anything.
Turtle - tell your mom, I never heard a cat sound like a dog, that's just beans being silly.
Eric - Wow the fox visitor sounds very exciting. We don't have foxes in Texas, just ugly humongous rats
KM - I can't wait to get out there and queenslap those intrudin-poodins with my mighty right paw, reow!
you are so lucky you have your window open!!! it's still too cold here for that and will be for a while. why can't we live someplace else????
How dare they! Diva Kitty's right tho. At least they're not IN the house. Ick.
Surely you'e explained nicely that it's YOUR yard?
