Hi Princess Mia! You've been through quite an ordeal! I haven't checked your site for a week or so, and look at all I missed. I'm so glad you are feeling better though. I shouldn't tell you this, but my Mom laughed at the pictures of you with a paper collar. She thought you looked so mad about it. But she really needed the laugh tonight so I hope you don't mind.

And that's awesome that you caught a lizard! We have one in our home too, but it's in a tank and I've tried so hard to get at him and I just can't. So way to go!

What did it taste like?!?! Was it good, even for the little bit of time you had it?

I'm really glad you're feeling better, Ms. Mia! It's a shame, though, that your human pet took away the lizard. That could have been the high protein you needed on your road to super-duper recovery!

I'm assuming, based on your solid fashion sense, that the lizard took one look at your wonderful paper collar and fainted with jealousy.

Am I right? Lizards are known for being fashionably inferior...often going nude!

Oh, it's good to know you are getting your health back and feel better. Purrs and headbuts.

I didn't get a picture because my photographer was too busy squealing and running around to take a picture. ahem. It tasted like chicken. I didn't bite into it, but it tasted like chicken. And yes, KM it was naked!

Thanks efurryone for you getwellwishes.

Don't you hate it when they do that? We hunt them at night. That way we can play until we are done and then leave the leftover parts for Mom to have for breakfast. Pretty considerate we think. ~Merlin, Shadow, Ko Ko

Lizard... do they make magic? Be careful! Did it try to sell your beans insurance? Mom says I'm confused. Is it a kinda bird? Can I have one? Mom, I want a wizard... gizzard... lizard!

Mia, so glad to hear you're feeling better. Your lizard was YOURS and you should have been able to have it as long as you wanted. Why do humans insist on taking away things that we catch? It's the same with my mousies. I never get to keep them!

You got a lizard?? Ours stay outside where we can't get to them! Even though sometimes moose throws himself against the window, which is kinda funny. How did you get it to come inside?? Tell us!! That one still sits on our window sill every DAY and taunts us. ARGH!
